Other herbs that can be found in natural vein removal supplements include grape seed extract, sophora japonica extract, butcher’s broom extract, and horse chestnut extract.
While there are products like creams and herbal supplements that can provide you with alternatives for removing troublesome varicose veins, taking preventative measures is also key to keeping new varicose veins from showing up. It is important to avoid doing any of the following for extended periods of time: sitting, standing and/or crossing your legs. Other ways to help improve circulation to combat varicose veins includes doing leg stretches and incorporating regular exercise into your daily routine. By improving your circulation, your veins will be less likely to swell, clot and bulge.
