Kardashian recommends keeping makeup light for travel. “If you must wear eye makeup, I`d recommend getting on the plane with a simple base and blush plus eye shadow, and then you can add mascara before you get off the plane,” she is quoted as saying.

Other recommendations include wearing sensible shoes and using a water mister to maintain skin moisture. No doubt Kardashian has to use her own advice considering how busy she is these days.
