It seems that Ralph Lauren may have to step away from image altering software for a while. Recent online reports indicate that the company is once again being accused of digitally altering the image of another model. This time the model in question is Valentina Zelyaeva. This comes after a similar incident with a photo of model Filippa Hamilton.

The altered photo of Zelyaeva appears on the company’s website. Strangely enough an unaltered version of the same picture is also on the website. Posters on a popular blog described the image as “freakishly thin” and “alien-looking”. Forbes magazine ranked Zelyaeva the 13^th highest paid model in the world.
