It is common knowledge that people sometimes have cosmetic procedures done for the wrong reasons. Reality TV star Kelly Osbourne would no doubt admit that her decision to have lip surgery falls into that category. Osbourne revealed that she had the surgery to get access to painkillers.

Osbourne, who has been treated for drug addiction was quoted as saying in recently published stories online, “I found a plastic surgeon and had collagen in my lips so he could give me painkillers.” Osbourne did not have to look far for the idea. She also said that she got the idea from her father, rocker Ozzy Osbourne. For his part, his surgery of choice was a nose job.
